These terms govern use of PropertyCompliance.ca, operated by Azaanex Inc. (Corporation No. 1766541-5).

What we provide

We are a coordination and referral service. Regulated work — inspections, testing, remediation, engineering, licensed trades — is performed by independent, appropriately licensed professionals in each jurisdiction. Where we manage an engagement, our responsibility is coordination; professional responsibility for regulated work rests with the licensed practitioner performing it.

Information, not advice

Content on this site describes Canadian compliance regimes in general terms and is provided for information. It is not legal, engineering or professional advice, and codes change; confirm current requirements for your specific property before acting. We write carefully, but you rely on site content at your own risk.

Quotes and engagements

Quotes are estimates until confirmed in a written scope. Specific engagement terms, including fees and timelines, are agreed per project.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website or coordination services is limited to fees paid to us for the engagement concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

General
