What we are
PropertyCompliance.ca is a national coordination service operated by Azaanex Inc. (Corporation No. 1766541-5), headquartered in Toronto and serving every province and territory. We are not a single contractor — no single firm can lawfully perform fire alarm testing in Moncton, elevator consulting in Calgary and asbestos surveys in Victoria. Instead, we maintain a vetted network of licensed practitioners in each field and jurisdiction, and we manage your compliance file end to end: scoping the requirement, matching the right professional, tracking the work, and delivering documentation that satisfies the authority asking for it.
Why this exists
Canadian property compliance fails people through fragmentation, not difficulty. The rules are knowable — but they are scattered across provincial codes, technical safety authorities, municipal by-laws and insurer requirements, and no owner discovers them until one bites. Our job is knowing the whole map so you only have to know your address.
How we work
- Jurisdiction first. Every engagement starts with what your province and municipality actually require — cited, not guessed.
